I made my first batch of Agnolotti!! After spending a couple evenings with May Lin (previously the pasta chief from Herb Farm), I tried my own batch at home.
After making a dough recipe from May Lin I made it into thin sheets, rolled in a goat cheese and carrot filling and formed the pockets.
Chopped them into squares
Doug got into the spirit and cut the extra sheets of pasta into fettucini which we dried for dinner another day.
Here's the little guy in the kitchen keeping me company through the hours of prep.
