Exciting news... we are so close to finalizing everything with the hotel. I've been going back and forth on pricing and options for several locations over the last few months. We narrowed down on THE hotel a few weeks ago and Doug took over the final negotiations last week and pulled together his own contract. We just heard back from the sales director, Fouli Micheli, and they have agreed to the terms and most of our additional requests.
