Tomatillos

Amazing how errands can steal the hours of a Saturday afternoon. We went to the gym, costco and the central market... that was our entire day.

It was dinner time when we got home so I made chicken enchiladas with Tomatillo sauce. I love husking and roasting them. They are such a beautiful color.
