Flying Fish with the Millers

We are so excited to catch up with the Millers.

Lisa planned a wonderful evening for us. We took advantage of the $25 3-course Restaurant Week promotion going on and went to the new location for Flying Fish. The place was packed with standing room and folks getting turned away at the door. So grateful that Lisa booked us reservations in advance.

I didn't take a camera or my phone so I scrapped these photos to show you what the new South Lake Union joint looks like.

We had a great booth table by the bar. Another noteworthy thing happened.... Doug returned his meal. Only after lots of encouragement from us. His tuna was burnt, overcooked and dry, shocking the difference from the second rare seared version that came out.
