Broken Records at 103

Temperature hits 103 degrees.

We did it we obliterated the all time record high in Seattle of 100 degrees. Is the first time since records have been kept anywhere in Seattle (1891) that the temperature was warmer than 100.

We got home and it was sweltering...

Ian and Becci came over and the three of us sought out cooler grounds. I originally enticed them over with the $20 tomato I accidentally bought at the market but, I was too hot to stay inside to make or eat a salad. We went down 45th until we found air at SMASH. Meanwhile Doug, Bryan Smith and Matt Yoder fixed up the famous thrift store table for a secret mission to deliver to Kerry and Shaun's new apartment as a house warming gift.

Another night sleeping in the laundry room on air mattresses.
