The Herbfarm

The single most amazing culinary experience of my LIFE. Doug took me to the herbfarm for dinner which starts out with a tour of the garden. Then a full introduction and background from the chief regarding the menu selection and wine paring. Then it was seven courses of amazing flavors! To top off the evening Doug had the chief sign his cookbook, Herbal Kitchen, for me.

We are so lucky to have the chance to dine at the Herbfarm while Jerry Traunfeld is in the kitchen. His 17 year tenure has made the Herbfarm recognized as one of the best restaurants in the nation. In October Keith Luce will be taking over as head chief while Traunfeld sets up his Seattle restaurant Poppy.
